Price Match Offer

Found a lower price? We’ll match it.

If you find a lower price on an identical product sold by an eligible Australian retailer, we will gladly review it and match the price where possible.

To qualify for our Price Match Offer, the comparison product must meet the following criteria:

1. The product must be identical in brand, model, size and colour to the item we offer.
2. The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and dispatch from the competitor.
3. The product must be sold by a reputable Australian retailer operating a physical brick-and-mortar store accessible to the general public. As an example, we do not offer price match for online-only stores or stores operating from a private residence or garage.
4. The product must be genuine Australian authorised stock supplied through the brand’s official Australian distribution channels. Grey imports or overseas stock are not eligible.
5. The product must not be part of a clearance sale, closing down sale, liquidation sale, wholesale or commercial offer.
6. The product must not be seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display stock.
7. Online price comparisons must include any delivery or freight charges when comparing the total price.
8. The product must not be sold via marketplaces, including (but not limited to) eBay, Amazon or Facebook Marketplace.
9. Prices that require promotional codes, membership discounts, bundle offers or loyalty rewards are not eligible for price matching.
10. Price match requests based on obvious pricing errors or incorrect listings from other retailers will not be accepted.

Conditions Apply

1. The Price Match Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or special offers.
2. Buy Now, Pay Later payment options (including Afterpay, Zip and similar services) are not available for price matched orders.
3. Where our price includes complimentary services (for example oiling and knocking-in for English Willow cricket bats), those services are not included in the price match unless the comparison retailer offers the same services at no cost.
4. Highmark Cricket must be able to independently verify the competitor’s advertised price. Verbal quotes or offers made via SMS, WhatsApp or other private messaging channels cannot be accepted.
5. Price match approval must be obtained prior to completing the purchase. Requests submitted after an order has been placed may not be eligible.

All price match requests are subject to review and approval. Highmark Cricket reserves the final right to approve or decline any price match request at its sole discretion.
